My Bird Project in the Grand Canyon

I am a Student at Rowan University and in one of my classes I was assigned a bird project.  We were instructed to contact a group that helps birds or involves birds in a specific region of North America that we choose.  I choose the Intermontane West region, which is Nevada, Utah, and parts of Idaho, New Mexico, and Arizona.  The Grand Canyon is located in my region so I decided to do my project with something involving it.  I contacted the National Park Service because they have a program which is all about birds in different national parks.  I have yet to hear back from them but I am constantly working on getting in touch  and am hopeful to work with them, Wish me luck and I will keep you updated on my progress.
